RMA can be obtained by sending email to info@cknetworksolutionsglobal.com Exchanges will be accepted at sole discretion of the CK Network Solutions Global Inc. Customer will be liable to any return postage (if applicable). Copy of original receipt must be sent along with item for exchange. If Item for exchange is not available for exchange, CK Network Solutions Global Inc. can provide customer with comparable product or refund the customer at its sole discretion.
