Products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if any defects are found. Products sold by CK Network Solutions Global Inc. cannot be returned. If customer detect any issues with the product, customer have to notify the CK Network Solutions Global Inc. immediately by email or by phone. Items can only be accepted by CK Network Solutions Global Inc. with RMA number. RMA can be obtained by sending email to [email protected] Exchanges will be accepted at sole discretion of the CK Network Solutions Global Inc. Customer will be liable to any return postage (if applicable). Copy of original receipt must be sent along with item for exchange. If Item for exchange is not available for exchange, CK Network Solutions Global Inc. can provide customer with comparable product or refund the customer at its sole discretion. CK Network Solutions Global Inc. have full right to change its return policy at any time without any notice to anyone.
